I had a really enjoyable stay for three nights. The room was spotless, and I loved it. The location was fantastic, right near a bus station and close to lots of business centers. 🚌.

The location was wonderful and fantastic, on the "outskirts " of town, convenient to go everywhere. What's more, it was just off Galleria mall and other shops, the galleria and city mall and restaurants, malls and shisha lounges.
Some of the staff were unwelcoming.

We had very good time, thanks for everything!
We were in a good location around 10-15 minutes walk from an elegant cemetery. The airport was 20 km away. The food was appetising and the bar was lovely...

Exceptional hotel and the location to the Galleria was good. Location really close to the mall and many shops nearby and the "outskirts " of town. For shots visit Rover's Return Pub, nestled within 5 minutes' walk of the property.

The location was near a lot of shopping and a variety of shops. The room was comfortable, but other guests could be heard easily. Staff were very helpful and friendly.
The breakfast was rather boring, but food was fresh and staff were helpful.

The staff is friendly and the internet was good.
The location was decent, but finding the hotel was not easy. Al Wakalat street is an outdoor mall, so you are not able to drive down it to the hotel. Instead you have to go to Ali Nasuh Al Tahir and park on that street. Parking is not reserved for the hotel, it is open parking for anyone in the area but you may find a spot in front of the hotel. Breakfast is very basic as well.

The staff especially the reception was very helpful and friendly.
It is on a very noisy street. People in the hotel and outside at the street were very loud and we were not able to sleep until quite late. It is an old hotel. It needs a renovation.
